• "Blueprint Systems & Tools" refers to a subscription-based service providing access to proprietary consulting systems, sidework charts, training manuals, recipes, and other resources.

• "You" or "User" refers to any person or entity accessing or using Blueprint Consulting Services.

2. Eligibility

By using Blueprint Consulting Services, you represent and warrant that you are:

• At least 18 years of age;

• Capable of entering into legally binding contracts;

• Not prohibited from using these services by applicable law.

3. Use of Blueprint Consulting Services

a. Blueprint Network

The Blueprint Network is provided for restaurant consultants to collaborate and advertise their services. Blueprint Consulting reserves the right to terminate or modify the Network at any time.

• Access: Subscription to the Blueprint Network is based on the terms provided at the time of registration.

• Backlinks and Advertising: Users may receive backlinks to their own websites or listings through Blueprint Consulting’s Trusted Consultants page. Blueprint Consulting reserves the right to review and approve any content submitted for these purposes.

• Content and Participation: Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any information they submit to the Blueprint Network. You agree not to post harmful, unlawful, or misleading content. Blueprint Consulting is not responsible for any user-generated content.

b. Blueprint Systems & Tools

Blueprint Systems & Tools is a paid subscription service providing access to proprietary resources and consulting tools.

• Subscription Fees: Access to the Blueprint Systems & Tools requires a subscription. Fees are subject to change, but any change in fees will be communicated at least 30 days prior to taking effect.

• License: You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the systems and tools provided under your subscription. Redistribution or resale of these materials without explicit written consent from Blueprint Consulting is prohibited.

• Termination of Subscription: Failure to comply with these Terms may result in termination of your subscription without refund.

c. General Use Provisions

You agree to use Blueprint Consulting Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not:

• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the functionality of Blueprint Consulting Services.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our systems.

• Refunds: Subscription fees to Blueprint Systems & Tools are non-refundable once the user has gained access to the materials. For the purchase of pre-built consulting businesses, refund terms will be clearly stated in the purchase agreement.
